Road Safety Programme
We design and deliver road safety and active travel education programmes for primary, secondary and post-16 learners, helping Local Authorities improve risk awareness and encourage safer decision making.
Every programme is designed around local priorities, school needs and regional road safety data, combining Theatre in Education, interactive workshops and recognised Safe System principles to create engaging, informed interventions. Explore of a few commissioned projects below.
Key Stage 1
Muffin Don’t Get Squished!
An engaging and educational performance for KS1 students that utilises storytelling, puppetry and music to teach road safety basics. This includes essential concepts for young pedestrians, such as staying safe near roads, understanding different types of crossings and effectively using the Green Cross Code.
Key Stage 2
Crime Scene Investigation
This immersive Theatre in Education experience places KS2 students at the centre of a road traffic collision investigation. Through live performance and interactive evidence gathering, students explore the causes of the incident while considering distraction, peer influence and personal responsibility.
Key Stage 3
What Went Down
This powerful Theatre in Education drama and workshop helps KS3 students explore how peer influence, distractions and everyday decisions affect road safety. Through live performance and discussion, students build the awareness and confidence to make safer choices.
Key Stage 4/5
Wanna Lift?
This engaging KS4/5 programme combines drama sketches, live performance and video to explore the risks facing young drivers and their passengers. By examining peer pressure, distraction and inexperience, it encourages safer decision making as they become drivers.
