How We Work
Every school, community and local authority face different challenges. That's why we don't deliver off-the-shelf projects, but instead work with partners to design and deliver bespoke Behaviour Change programmes that reflect local priorities and engage young people. Every programme follows the same proven process, from initial concept and development through to delivery, evaluation and reporting.
1 . Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. The team assigned to your programme will quickly understand your objectives, target audience and local priorities, creating a detailed brief that defines the outcomes you want to achieve. Throughout the entire process, we keep you involved at every stage, ensuring the programme reflects your vision and goals.
2. Project Development
Using the agreed brief, our team of professional script writers for TV and Film will design a bespoke intervention tailored to your objectives. This may include Theatre in Education performances, workshops, digital learning resources, multimedia content and teacher materials, all developed specifically for your audience and the behaviours you want to influence.
3. Management
From school liaison and scheduling to performer coordination and logistics, our Project Management team will oversee every aspect of your project. Our experienced team works directly with participating schools and stakeholders, providing a seamless delivery process and allowing you to focus on your wider priorities.
4. Delivery
Our professional facilitators deliver engaging Theatre in Education performances, workshops and interactive learning experiences in schools across the UK. Every session is designed to encourage participation, challenge attitudes and support positive behaviour change through memorable, age-appropriate learning. All facilitators are carefully selected for each programme and hold enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding checks.
5. Evaluation
Each programme includes comprehensive evaluation and end-of-project reporting to measure programme success. Using participant feedback, teacher responses and Behavioural Change methodology, we produce clear reports that demonstrate impact and help inform future delivery.
If you'd like to learn more about our approach or discuss how we could develop a programme tailored to your objectives, we'd love to hear from you.
