Public Health Programme

We work with Public Health teams to deliver Behaviour Change programmes on issues affecting both individual and community wellbeing. Combining Theatre in Education, facilitated workshops and online learning resources, our programmes empower young people to make informed decisions, adopt healthier behaviours and take greater control of their health. Examples of commissioned projects are below.

KS3 public health education programme exploring healthy lifestyles and positive decision making.

KS2 ”How We Roll”

Designed for KS2 students, this engaging programme combines live theatre, interactive workshops and an interschool competition to promote safe and active travel. Through designing their own campaign, students learn more about walking, cycling and public transport while developing the confidence to make safer, healthier travel choices.

KS3/4 ”Stressed”

A KS3/4 Theatre in Education performance exploring the everyday choices that influence young people's health and wellbeing. Covering topics including vaping, alcohol, smoking, mental wellbeing, healthy eating and physical activity, it encourages positive decision making and healthier lifestyles.

KS4/5 “Meet Seb”

Originally developed during the COVID-19 lockdown, Meet Seb is an engaging online programme exploring the everyday decisions that influence health. Designed for older students, it uses videos, workshop activities and lesson plans to explore how physical activity, healthy eating and positive lifestyle choices affect health and wellbeing.
